COOPERATION  AND TEAMWORK - Khai

When we talk about the role of co-operation it is certain we can illustrate that it is a very important in the formation of a community. This situation is clearly reflected in the development of the Muslim community at the time of the Prophet until now. The meaning of collaboration in general, are those who are united in a job consisting of two or more persons for a particular purpose, to produce and distribute the production. They are mutually helping each other to form a strong union. But only limited to the economic sense.

Form of cooperation is required here is that cooperation is shaped by the religion of Islam based on social relations, economics and politics without all the areas of employment regardless of skin color, language and beliefs of a person. Allah says which means:

" We created you from male and female, and have made you from the various nations and tribes, that you met (despise each other). Verily the most honored of you with Allah is a person who more has At-Taqwa, (not the more offspring or race). Allah is Know Everything, Aware of His Knowledge (the state of your deeds) ". (al-Hujurat: 13)

The benefits of teamwork are undeniable; when members work well together, the organization as a whole benefits. Some leader consider teamwork building sessions a waste of time, and it's true that some activities geared toward team building can be ridiculous or ineffective. However, when successful teamwork is fostered, the improved communication, coordination and morale results in happier, more productive members. While you don't want to waste your time with silly exercises, you may want to look for ways to promote real, tangible teamwork. These are the concrete results to watch for as you focus on building teamwork in your department.

1. Efficiency
With teamwork comes improved efficiency. The last thing you want is to have two committee members reproducing the same project or doing the same work when the task can be handled by one employee.
2. Morale
Members  who work well together are happier, which boosts morale. This makes our college a more pleasant place in which to work.
3. Information Preservation
If members work together, valuable information is shared, protecting the company from injury or loss when someone leaves the company. When an members works on a project by herself and other members don't know exactly what she does or how to run the task this lone members handles, a problem can arise when that members quits or is let go. Sharing information can cut down on time spent learning valuable information a former members understood well.
4. Innovation
When successful teamwork prevails, innovation skyrockets. It's true that two heads can be better than one.
5. Usability
If we give members a chance to work together as a team, we'll reduce the need to rework projects, products and procedures.
6. Unity
One of the most valuable benefits of teamwork is the sense of unity that accompanies a positive work environment. By fostering this sense of unity, you also promote a sense of "all for one and one for all," which is good for the whole SRC organisation
